To save time, the DaySmart Spa program allows you to creating recurring appointments from both the mobile apps and the website. This document will walk you through the process of creating recurring appointments for your customers.

​Creating recurring appointments from the website

  1. Click on the desired time slot on the appointment book for the initial appointment

  2. Select your client

  3. Select the service for the appointment.

  4. Select Appt Details.

  5. Check the box for Recurring under Appointment Details

  6. Select how often the appointment repeats. This can be set on a weekly or monthly basis.

    • For appointments set on a weekly basis, select what day of the week the appointment will occur on.

  7. Set the end date for appointment to stop recurring.

  8. Press Schedule in the top right.

​Creating Recurring Appointments from the Mobile App

  1. Double-click on the desired time slot on the appointment book for the initial appointment

  2. Select either Existing Client or Add New Client. Then search for the client or enter the new clients information.

  3. Select Add Services and enter the service for the appointment.

  4. Click on the customer's name to view the Recurring option.

  5. Toggle on the slider for Recurring.

  6. Select the Start Date for the appointments to begin occurring.

  7. Select the End Date for the appointments to stop occurring.

  8. Tab on How Frequently? and select how often the appointment should occur.

  9. Press Back.

  10. Select which day(s) of the week the appointments should take place.

  11. Select Done.

  12. Select Book Appointment.
