If you're using our mobile app to access your cloud program, you can setup your own client loyalty program. You can then reward customers with purchase points for products, services or both. Setup tiered reward programs for escalating point values. Rewards can be small tokens, deep discounts or free services or products. Build what works for you! Here's how:
Enabling Loyalty Point Rewards
Select More
Scroll down and select Loyalty Points Setup
You can create service purchase rewards in Rewards for Service Purchases
Specify the appropriate points in Points Rewarded
Specify spending rewards in Per Dollar Spent required to earn the points from the previous step
You can then create product purchase rewards in Reward for Product Purchases
Press Save in the top right, when you are done
Now when a customer purchases products or services from your business, those loyalty points will automatically be added to, and tracked in, their account.
Setting Up Loyalty Point Rewards
Select More
Scroll down and select Loyalty Points Setup
Select Edit Rewards
Press the plus sign (+) in the bottom right
For Type of Reward, select either dollar discount, free product, or free service
If you selected dollar discount, enter the discount amount (deducted from their ticket). If you selected free product or service, tap on Free Item and select the product or service to be given to the client as their reward.
Enter the number of Points Needed to receive the discount or free product or service
Press Save to make it official
Redeeming Loyalty Point Rewards
Create a new ticket
Click on Client and select your client
If the customer has sufficient loyalty points, a window will pop-up with an option to Redeem. You can also select a client and scroll down to Redeem Loyalty Points.
Then select the item or discount the customer wishes to redeem
Scroll down and select either Schedule Appointment or Checkout
