βChecking Confirmations from the Cloud Website
In order to check if your customer has confirmed their appointment via text message, click on the Appointment Book icon at the top.
Scroll through the Appointment Book until you find the customer's appointment.
Check for the Bell icon in the top right to see if the reminder has been sent.
If there is an exclamation point inside of the bell, that means your customer has replied to the text message and confirmed they will be coming to the appointment.
If you click on the appointment, then click Appt Details, the appointment will open up and you will see Confirmation Type - Text Message.
