Receipts within the cloud software can be printed using the cloud website or the mobile app. Though you can use a full-sized printer, it is recommended that you use an Epson receipt printer. Installation instructions for an Epson receipt printer can be located here.

For mobile app users, you must use a printer that is compatible with iOS (AirPrint) or Android. iOS and Android both require the printer and your device to be connected to the same local network in order for it to print.

When closing a ticket, you will be prompted to enter the email address to email the receipt to the customer. When this appears, you will also have an option for Print Receipt.
